1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason. You then have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation to return the item to us.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned items must:
- Be unused, unworn and in their original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals and components
- Be reported to us before being returned
3. Return Procedure

- Provide your order number and the reason for return.
- Follow the return instructions and prepaid label provided by our support team.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Camazi covers all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for return. A prepaid return label or reimbursement of return postage will be provided once your return has been authorised by our customer service team.
6. Refunds
- Returned items are inspected within 5 business days of receipt.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original following the procedure above and place a new order for the replacement.
8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
9. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened
10. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
