<p>Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of confirmation (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.</p>

<p>Estimated delivery within the United Kingdom: <strong>3 to 8 business days</strong> from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.</p>
<h3>3. Shipping Costs</h3>
<p>Free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. Tracking is included.</p>
<h3>4. Prices</h3>
<p>All prices are displayed in GBP (£). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay to Camazi. For high-value orders, customs duties and import charges may be applied by the carrier on delivery in line with HMRC rules; any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.</p>
<h3>5. Tracking Your Order</h3>
<p>Once dispatched, you can track your parcel using the link sent in your dispatch email, or by signing in to your account on camazi.uk. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.</p>

<h3>6. Delays</h3>

<h3>7. Damaged or Lost Parcels</h3>
<p>If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If the parcel is marked as lost by the carrier, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.</p>
<h3>8. Returns</h3>
<p>We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our <a href="/policies/refund-policy">Refund Policy</a>. Camazi covers all return shipping costs.</p>
