These Terms of Service govern the use and navigation of the website camazi.uk and the purchase of products by customers located in the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

Product descriptions and prices are displayed on each product page. Images are for illustrative purposes only; minor variations may occur and do not affect product conformity.

4. Order Process

  • Add items to your cart, enter shipping details, choose a delivery method and complete payment.
  • Order confirmation is sent automatically by email.
  • Camazi reserves the right to cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment disputes or stock issues.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£). The price at checkout is the price you pay to Camazi.
  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay.
  • Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation.
  • Payment data is processed by Shopify Payments and Stripe. Camazi does not store payment card details.

6. Delivery

  • Free shipping within the United Kingdom.
  • Estimated delivery: 3 to 8 business days from dispatch.
  • For high-value orders, customs duties and import charges may be applied by the carrier on delivery in line with HMRC rules; any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and our Refund Policy.

8. Legal Guarantees

Customers are entitled to their statutory rights under UK consumer law. Camazi will repair, replace or refund defective products where applicable.

9. Liability

Camazi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from improper use of products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or personal injury.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos and code) is the property of Camazi or its licensors. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

12. Force Majeure

Camazi shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled by the competent UK courts.
